The room felt cozy with comfy beds and nice amenities like the minibar and iPod dock. It was a perfect little retreat after a long day of exploring Bacolod. the location was spot on too, with great places to eat just a short walk away.

The hotel was modern and fairly clean, had lovely views of the park opposite. the personnel were lovely, friendly, and efficient and made us feel welcome. - They placed us in a twin room which was contemporary and nicely decorated. - the breakfast was exceptionally good and amazing. - the check-in was early.

I had a great stay at Seda Capitol Central. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the park opposite the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the duty manager who was attentive to my needs. The sleep quality was excellent, with comfortable pillows and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also had a gym with all the necessary equipment and a fast WiFi connection. Breakfast offered a mix of Filipino and continental options. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Seda Capitol Central.

Although the database didn't mention it, I noticed cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including a small cockroach and stains on the curtains.
